Your Eyes and Ears

If you allow Jesus to be our eyes and ears, what you shall see will bring tears to your eyes. How could we have been so wrong for so long? He who is blind is greater than he who sees and does nothing. Has anyone felt the shame of having hidden the truth to protect their own creation? Jesus said to Peter, "...upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it." "And I will give unto thee the keys to the kingdom of heaven..."(Matthew 16:16-20). Peter or anyone who accepts Jesus Christ as the Son of the one and only living God is offered by him the keys to the Kingdom of Heaven. The rock is not Peter. The 'rock' is the confession of Jesus Christ as the Son of God and your Lord and Savior.
